Oneg and his team went all the way to make us happy and comfortable . it’s a excellent property with fantastic service , and I just can’t stop talking enough about it .

Staff were so friendly.. they even prepared a special dinner arrangement for our anniversary celebration both inside the room and also at the dining. Our presidential suite was huge and awesome.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. This hotel is one of the best we have experienced in Asia. The room facilities and services were the best of all the hotels we have visited in our life. The staff is incredibly trained, Salin and Hak are the best. The ladies gave us a fantastic massage, we recommend it. Breakfast tables, lunches and dinners were royal and at a high level. You are TOP and hopefully we will come back one day.

The environment is beautiful and every waiter is very polite. We want to thanks "Lucky" for the hospitality. We were here for two days, he always greeted us and asked us needed anything? He is really great! When we returned to the hotel after a day of exploring Angkor, it felt like we entered a paradise. Everything here was very relaxing. The swimming pool and the bathtub in the room were a big plus. It had everything we wanted! Another good service of the hotel is to provide free Tuk Tuk to pop street, which is a very considerate service for all travelers! When I come to Siem reap again, there is no doubt that I will choose this hotel again!

Shintana Saya Residence ligger i Siem Reap, 3 kilometer fra pubgaten, og har et helårsåpent utendørsbasseng. Flott lite hotell med flott innredede rom. Bildene lyver ikke. Men mer enn det var det kanskje den hyggeligste samling betjening jeg har møtt på noe hotell. Oppmerksomme, hjelpsomme og veldig fleksible. Beliggenheten litt utenfor sentrum var det som jeg var usikker på før jeg bestilte, men det var gratis Tuk-Tuk til sentrum bestilt fra hotellet. Deilig med basseng og rolige omgivelser etter lange dager med sightseeing. Anbefales helt klart!

Very private, rustic, very authentic, we received a free upgrade which was amazing. All staff were very helpful. Chanthy went the extra mile and always offered guidance and support. We have stayed in hotels all around the world and I have to say Chanthy is by far the best at providing quality customer service and amazing hospitality, he needs a pay rise !!!!!

Nestled within tropical hanging gardens, Jaya House River Park offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. The staff and service here was even better than expection. On the first day, the hotel welcomed us with the pickup service from airport and a wonderful set of fruit. Also during our stay in the hotel, i enjoyed the SPA and swimming pool facilities. I would definetely come back to Jaya Hotel next time visiting this city.

No wonder we find many hotels in Siem Reap with very high reviews , people make all the difference. Every where super friendly. The Lynnaya resort is no exception. Great gardens, super clean and spacious rooms, ideal location, good breakfast. Silent. Highly recommended.
