the property is spacious and serene . the entire setting of the property is very beautiful and heavenly. the staff is always happy , smiling , serving and accommodating. it was like a home away from home . they took amazing care of us . the food is amazing and they helped me use their kitchen as well . the villas and it’s structure is just kind blowing . Oneg and his team went all the way to make us happy and comfortable . it’s a excellent property with fantastic service , and I just can’t stop talking enough about it .

The rooms were excellent. We had pool view rooms - sheets were wonderfully thick and pristine, very roomy, elegant and very clean. Bathroom was enormous with a bath, separate shower area and double sink vanity. The breakfast was varied and the staff very attentive. It had a nice mix of western-type breakfast offering and local Cambodian soups and noodles. The coffee was actually really really good instead of the often watered down filtered coffee one gets as such spreads. We cannot say enough about the staff - The front desk staff - Soriya - in particular - but really everyone at all hours of the day really went out of their way to help us making bookings, with suggestions, and just greeting us warmly after a hot day out exploring. Because the hotel doesn't have secure wifi, one of the staff, Sam, even helped me out by allowing me to using his personal hotspot when I needed a secure connection. Truly excellent and above and beyond the call of duty!

Flott lite hotell med flott innredede rom. Bildene lyver ikke. Men mer enn det var det kanskje den hyggeligste samling betjening jeg har møtt på noe hotell. Oppmerksomme, hjelpsomme og veldig fleksible. Beliggenheten litt utenfor sentrum var det som jeg var usikker på før jeg bestilte, men det var gratis Tuk-Tuk til sentrum bestilt fra hotellet. Deilig med basseng og rolige omgivelser etter lange dager med sightseeing. Anbefales helt klart!

Very private, rustic, very authentic, we received a free upgrade which was amazing. All staff were very helpful. Chanthy went the extra mile and always offered guidance and support. We have stayed in hotels all around the world and I have to say Chanthy is by far the best at providing quality customer service and amazing hospitality, he needs a pay rise !!!!!

The staff and service here was even better than expection. On the first day, the hotel welcomed us with the pickup service from airport and a wonderful set of fruit.
