Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Professional and wonderful staff. Great and excellent reception service by Bongiwe at reception. She exceeded expectations and professional. I nominate her South Africa Receptionist of the year 2024. The food and catering was above excellence. More than 5 star and 100% rating.

Set in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape Region, 1.7 km from Boardwalk Casino, Courtyard Hotel Gqeberha boasts an outdoor pool and views of the pool. The hotel is a very nice location in Port Elisabeth (which is a horrible city, but you may be forced to stay there) in a safe area, with very nice views from the room. The restaurant is very good and breakfast was excellent. Customer service was excellent too we had an issue with our credit card, which was stolen in the CBD and the manager accompanied us to the police and helped us enormously to file a complaint (thank you so much!) The parking is spacious and the room was huge, the shower was great with very good heating regulation. The garden and pool are very well maintained.
