The room was amazing with a huge sitting room, patio, separate balcony and big bathroom with outdoor and indoor shower. Staff were very friendly and made sure we were having a great experience. Check in in time to make sure you get maximum time to enjoy the room but also the grounds of the hotel with its beautiful chapel and aloe gardens. Thanks to the family for a great stay!

It's close to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, but it's also quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff at The Lofts are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a wonderful stay. Allan himself was especially attentive and accommodating. He took the time to learn about my interests and make recommendations for things to do in the area. I would highly recommend The Lofts Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Knysna.
