Surrounded by green hills on the island of Flores, the Inatel features rooms with balconies offering panoramic ocean views. It has an oceanfront garden with swimming pool and sun terrace. The hotel is in a wonderful location, the room had a wonderful view of the cliff. The breakfast is delicious, the hotel restaurant is especially excellent, where in the evening they serve delicious food at a reasonable price. It is very difficult to get delicious food in the area.

You have a great deck for outdoor eating and lounging. A private kitchen and fridge make it easy to make your own meals but the fact you are within a 10min walk to several restaurants is really handy especially because there are not many restaurants on the island. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Featuring a terrace, barbecue facilities and views of sea, Villas do Mar is located in Faja Grande, less than 1 km from Praia Faja Grande. Nice ,new, near ocean and waterfalls. Great views. New and modern.

Casas da Quinta is a holiday home with a terrace, set in Santa Cruz das Flores. Guests benefit from patio. Free private parking is available on site. Great location to explore the island from. Liked being just up from town with views of grassy hillsides. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom and shower fantastic, loved having a kitchen to prep snacks and drinks in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

A recently renovated farm stay in Faja Grande and within 2.5 km of Praia Faja Grande, Aldeia da Cuada features an outdoor swimming pool, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. Great historical house, warm staff, and amazing breakfast. Good for a night or a couple as the bed comfort guarantees amazing sleep. There are also a few cats roaming around keeping the company.

That the owner greeted us in person and informed us about all the sightseeing of the island, the best roads and roads to avoid, updated us on the local forecast and gave us advice about restaurants. There were no specific rules. 24/24h services if needed since he and his family lived very closely. Ricardo also offered us a lift home from the village one of the evenings.

Self check-in is always a plus ! Very clean, there is everything you need in terms of small cleaning during the stay. No pb with Wi-fi. Hairdryer is very powerful ! Low pressure in the shower but i think it's commun in Azores. There were also a dehumidifier and a heating device, but i doubt the last one made any difference. It was a bit cold in the evenings, but no problem at night with the blankets. A friendly neighbor orange cat is a bonus :) You have a café & restaurants in 3-5 min drive.

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in beautiful surroundings.
