Free coffee, amenities, and there's also a coin laundry. The staffs are all welcoming and helpful, they assisted me with the Kuro Neko (luggage transport service) to transfer my luggage and the coin laundry. Not to mention, the location is just so strategic, surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants, cafes, and connected to the subway station.
