Fantastic stay all round at this family-run hotel; excellent location halfway up the mountain at Crest, ski-in/ski-out, warm, welcoming and helpful staff and great food (plenty of options, and plenty of food (local cuisine)!). The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We woke up to a view of the sun rising over the mountains and the ski slopes from our bedroom window each morning - unbeatable.

The staff were super helpful. I had a private booking for one night and another booking with a group for another night, with one day in between for an overnight on the mountain. For the price of a late checkout, the hotel staff allowed me to leave my stuff in the room and come back to the same room the next day. They were very accommodating!

We have travelled in many places and different countries in the alps, and this hotel is actually quite unique. Location, service, food - it's all superb. The staff, including the owners, are very authentic in their service and very personal. The owners take genuine interest in their guests and you can find them chatting with you during the day. We have been here several times over the years and they always improved, both the facilities (very good Spa and an outdoor warm pool), food, which is now faboulous by the way, with both half pension and a la carte with a wine list of quality.
