Istana Balian - Boutique Hotel Resort features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Selemadeg. The rooms were huge and beautiful. The view was astonishing and it was overall very peaceful and quiet. You could easily book trips, massages etc. at the reception. Very good service and delicious, fresh food.

Please note that this property is located in the complex of Tanah Lot Temple. Guests are required to pay IDR 60000 per person per stay at the entrance. Fabulous hotel grounds, pool, and quiet. Location in Tanah Lot so walk In the grounds and sunset etc The staff were exceptional and helped me re travel into Canguu , food from the restaurant and breakfast boxes when I had to leave early for yoga in Canguu Perenan . Room was fab . Easy to relax in the foyer , pool, tea/coffee

If you're looking to rest and reset this is the perfect place! I had the best stay at Shanti. I arrived feeling stressed and wound up and left feeling so relaxed. You can see the owner Shannon has put so much love and care into every aspect: - The rooms are stunning and so spacious. The shower is a definite wow factor. - The staff are all lovely and helpful - I was travelling solo but didnt feel alone as there is such a friendly and welcoming vibe. - The food was incredible- the smoothie bowls, watermelon juice and green curry were my faves. - The activities were optional but such a great way to step back and shift your mindset if youre feeling stuck. There's also the option of booking a trip or just chilling by the pool so you can make your stay whatever you want it to be. Can't recommend enough if youre looking for a reset. The hotel was stunningly beautiful. What you see is what you get, and even more. We fell in love immediately and decided to extend our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff also suggested to try floating breakfast in the pool and took some really beautiful pictures of us. We also had an opportunity to meet the owners. Both the staff and hotel owners were really nice and so friendly. They also gave us free drinks as a goodbye.
