Surrounded by vineyards, this 3-star hotel is located just 650 metres from the banks of the Moselle River. It features a garden terrace, as well as rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi. Nice location in the wineries of Brauneberg. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. It was possible to taste the wines of Gehlen-Cornelius in the lounge of the hotel. But there was no bar with snacks or food.. From the room, you have a great view of the wineries. Brauneberg is a small town, and there is not much to do. There are a lot of hikes in the direct neighborhood of the hotel. It was also possible to rent ebikes in the hotel.

The staff was soo friendly and helpful. They made the check in very easy. They showed us personally to our suite and gave us directions and recommendations of where to eat and sightsee. Perfect location to explore Bernkastel, only few minutes walk into the centre. High quality finish in both the room and the reception/bar. Sekt on arrival was a lovely gesture. Very comfortable and large bed, slept extremely well. Shower and bathroom area was well presented. Ample storage for suitcases and clothes. Mini bar was stocked with wine selection and fruitsecco, for no extra cost :) We were travelling with our dog, there was already a waterbowl provided along with quality treats and poop bags - very much appreciated! Staff were very welcoming at reception, both for check in and also evening drinks at the bar.
