This place is really beautiful and tastefully decorated to a high standard. It had everything we needed and we were really comfortable. The private garden was an unexpected bonus. The alligator farm was nearby for airboat rides along with lots of interesting information on alligators.

"A charming cottage where we only spent one night.

This is 10-20 minutes from Everglades and Biscayne National Parks, the reason whey we booked. There are many neighborhoods and as a result there are many storefronts to serve the neighborhoods. This was very convenient overall.

Free parking abd breakfast. HJowever, the receptionist was very uncooperative, disinterested in helping me and down right rude. Could hardly be bothered to look at me to answer where the room was. the room was situated in a very poor place, was similar to being in a shanty ghetto. Run down and needing a face lift.

The Tiny Barn was a perfect base for the time we spent in the Everglades. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. We did not even turn the TV on. Being located in an Orchard was really good and secluded. Want to stay again. Local restaurants were very good. Havana Spice and Shavers were great local non chain places full of local guests.

WiFi didn’t connect,we had to go to the front desk to get the password. Light in the room entrance didn’t work. Mainly no housekeeping service for us as we didn’t call and asked them!!! We had to call and ask for housekeeping. Breakfast was good

In room coffee maker was not what was told they had ( pods ) so after bringing my own coffee mugs , Pods , Creamer and water even a spoon , when I explained to front desk they apologized and searched the property and brought me a coffee a Keurig coffee maker and made my day , they definitely went above and beyond, as far as ice machine on 4th floor it was out of order having to go to another floorAAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

You demand a deposit of $383.00 the day of arrival, I think we should have been told at time of booking. At check out we made sure everything was as we received. Now you hold the deposit saying we damaged your sheets and towels, that's a con and you know it. Potential renters before you leave take PICTURES of everything. Management is a lier and a crook. Beware!!! Cover yourself otherwise they will wrongfully steal your deposit. They did. Ours..if you can stayway from them pass this on to other innocent vacationers.

The commode stopped up the first time it was flushed. The solution well there is a plunger down at the desk you are welcome to come and get it. You do know how to plunge a commode, this was 1 am in the morning. Location was great, we wanted just a cheap place to stay for the night so we could be on the road for Key West the next morning. The pool while we did not get to use it, was very clean and well maintained.

I read several reviews that complained about the wifi/Internet speed. It was pretty bad. We drove up to the property and both of our phones slowed down tremendously, pages stopped loading and all. We went across the street to try to get a signal and booked a different hotel. Internet was very important to us. Staff was really nice about cancelling the night of. The arrival instructions were precise and we didn't have any problem with the check-in. The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, small coffee pot etc.). I'd definitely stop there again if I was visiting the area. Easy to park in front of the building from the pictures. AC worked fine, WiFi as well.gregooPoland

We especially loved that Maria, the host, told us about the fruits that were in season and allowed us to pick some of our own. She even told us which trees were the sweetest. It was nice to be away from the downtown area.
