Why would the property accept a group of 100 school kids when it wants to be a nice hotel. Slamming doors past midnight

Great position, comfortable to reach the nearest point of interest, but isolate enough to not have groups of people roaming the beach. It is still not high season so it may change. Please go to the restaurant...at least once is amazing 😁.the structure is clean and cozy even in my single room.

Breakfast was good, but there wasn't much to choose from. Coffee is served by a waiter who comes regularly, asking if you would like some more. The room was nice, and the bed was perfect.
The staff was very friendly and gave us information on the tourism in the area.

The people are very friendly, that makes the difference, one lady helped me out with the bus ticket, she sold me one and explained to me how to get one. It is a beautiful place, with Monte Orlando for two hours of trekking, lovely beaches, and many restaurants, The bus from Formia costs 1.10 euros, past every 20 minutes near the hotel Mirasole. There are many trains from Formia-Naples. It is a great place!

Gaeta may not have the lure of the big city and is a few miles off the main rail station. However, there is enough wonder and beauty to get lost in awe of the winding medieval streets and an ideal location to take day trips to Rome, Naples, Pompeii, and the equally exciting history of nearby towns and castles.

Gaeta is really beautiful.
Gaeta is really beautiful. The apartment is along the harbour with amazing views. A short walk (10 mins) can lead you to a stunning beach. Turn up the streets to the side of the apartment which take you to a variety of shops and cafes. A real mix of Italian life.

A historic city of special charm, happily not very well known to foreign tourists (but liked by Italians). Good communication with Rome and Naples, lots of interesting attractions in and around Gaeta, great selection of restaruras with fresh seafood. Beautiful beaches.

Gaeta is a nice small city at the coast of Lazio.
Gaeta is a nice small city at the coast of Lazio. It has a great view of the sea and the mountains and also of the old town and the castle on the top of the hill. Both the old and the new town centres were charming and nice to walk in the narrow streets. There are not many big restarants here winter time, but mostly takeaway or a few tables outside of the pizzerias. The city is small and midday most of the shops and restaurants in the city are closed. It has a big and nice beach that is clean and with good quality of the sand.

Not a lot of restaurants in the beach open anymore in October. Not easy to walk to actual town center if you are older and have bad legs/physical condition. Buses run, but not always in time. Not easy to find time-tables through internet.
Perfect location in the historic area of Gaeta. Absolutely spectacular view from the window of our room and on the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Lovely owner who was very kind and helpful with suggestions of what to see during our stay. B&B was quiet, sparkling clean and very comfortable. WiFi sometimes a bit unreliable but able to connect in the garden if we had difficulty. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.
Alessandro was an awsome host! He was responsive immediately and took care of everything. We left an item behind which he found while turning the room, messaged me and mailed it to my next hotel! Breakfast on the terrace was stunning! Only caveat......there's a lot of stairs as this is a very original building to the region. Alessandro carried our cases coming in and leaving. Truly above and beyond! Beautiful room and location!!
Experience hospitality at its finest! This incredible place set the bar high as the first stop on our trip to Italy. With unbeatable views from the dining room and hosts who are the epitome of warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness, our stay was truly memorable. The breakfast deserves more than 6 stars! Nestled in a charming 600-year-old building brimming with character, this is, without a doubt, the best value accommodation in Gaeta.
Amazing location, beautiful beach with clean white sand which was meticulously cleaned during the day and evening by Paolo - the ONLY person in the whole hotel who did a diligent job.
Clear water and shallow shoreline which is great for those who can't swim.
The room was modern and clean.
Everything else isn't even worth mentioning. But if you are curious, read below.
Great location! Probably one of the most delightful walking neighborhoods in town. Easy to catch buses nearby and great café right around the corner. (Hermes) Plenty of good eateries nearby. Relatively easy walk to the beach. Gaeta is a lovely and friendly town and the olives are delicious too! The hosts were very nice and helpful.
The view is incredible. Very clean and well cared for hotel with nice and kind staff. Beautiful pool. Spacious room with great ocean views. Best beach and great water. Clean clear water. Restaurant was great for dinner. Felt like authentic dishes and fresh ingredients. Landscaping was incredible. Good design.
the staff was very polite and friendly. from the 1st moment on the hotel provided an outstanding service. the sea view was beautiful and a car was not needed to explore the near historic centre, the port and beaches. we are planning to visit Gaeta in May and we are going to stay at Hotel Gajeta again.
One of the most beautiful bay in Lazio
the rooms are comfortables hidden behind a georgious garden.
Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Close to the hotel there are two utmost nice villeges. Gaeta and Sperlonga.
We will for sure come back her again.
Great location! The room has a sea view and locates in the center of Gaeta with 15 min walk to the old town, and 10 min walk to Serapo beach. Francesca and her husband are doing a very great job. Everything is very clean and nicely prepared for the visitors.
comfortable room just outside the historic center of Gaeta. lovely host. free use of the bikes if you want to explore (we didn’t because it was rainy!). simple but nice coffee and a pastry included as breakfast at the cafe nearby.
Apartment excellent. Clean and hotel standard re clean towels and bed changing. Great location for beach and eating out as many restaurants nearby. Would hope to book again next year.
Very close to the beach, best breakfast we had in pur entire Italy trip. Note this is a simple accommodation, an independent room in a home, but extremely well managed and serviced.
The hotel was quite empty so it felt as if we had the place to ourselves. The free breakfast offered was really nice in the morning, and the beach location was perfect.
