Breakfast was great, we especially loved that they offered bagels from a local bakery. Also, in the breakfast area there is a lot of beautiful paintings of western NC that really made this place stand out!

We were there to see the school. It was great. Surrounding area nice, interesting non-chain options for dining, which we appreciated. Weird that a main street runs right through the middle of campus, but enjoyed and would like to go back to Boone. It snowed on 5 April!

We've been to this area a couple of times over the years, and tend to go back as we really like the area. It is close to an entrance for the Blue Ridge Parkway, with an overlook just a few minutes down the road. The restaurants are good, but Dan'l Boone Inn is an absolute must every time we are in the area. There are plenty of small hiking trails, and waterfalls, to see.

There isn't much to review.
There isn't much to review. I made a reservation at the Holiday Inn because they had an indoor pool, and brought a 12-year old up so we could swim and have a good time. However, when we arrived, the hotel said the pool was 'under maintenance' and not available. A wasted 2.5 hour trip.

Boone is a great town.
Boone is a great town. Clean, orderly, with plenty facilities, hotels, restaurants, good roads and friendly people. But terrible traffic too many cars and aggressive drivers. Beautiful area, best kept secret in NC. I love Boone, Blowing Rock, GF mountain, Tweetsee rr and small towns. Great environment.

This trip might not be the best for a review because it rained the entire trip. With that being said we did enjoy our stay. Everyone in the town was nice and welcoming. The views thru the fog was wonderful. A lot of shops around and plenty of places to eat. Bad thing every time you go somewhere you have to pay for parking. We had to pay for parking to eat dinner? Who does that? So we felt we had to rush thru our meal. We would and will do it all again. Thank you Boone. Beautiful restful place.
The breakfast was the best 'free breakfast' at a hotel I have ever had. The breakfast staff were friendly and constantly replenishing fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries) and other choices. The selection was great -- there was plenty to choose from, even up until the 10am breakfast closing time.
The front desk staff was very personable and friendly.
The rooms, especially the bathrooms, had just been updated and were very nice.
Only 5 minutes to downtown Boone, but still very close to other restaurants.
Incredibly comfy room with coffee available in the lobby all day. There's also a water fountain on the ground floor. Breakfast was great with hot and cold food available but no vegan options and no hot vegetarian options. The bed was like a cloud making it very difficult to wake up and the entire room was very clean. I only dealt with one staff member when checking in but he was very helpful and gave me some recommendations for food. Overall it was a great hotel for the price!
I was greeted by Isaac at check in who made me feel welcome and was very friendly and accommodating. At breakfast, Mary was the attendant in the dining area. She was very pleasant to talk with and she took extra care in making sure all of the tables were clean and no one needed anything. I felt like I was staying at a home away from home. Great staff - great stay - great location! Hampton Inn Is where I tell everyone to stay when they visit Boone!
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room itself and the bathroom were clean. Towels and linens smelled nice and clean. At breakfast, we were asked several times if we needed anything (from what was there). Easy to get to downtown Boone and to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Shopping for necessities, restaurants very near.
We travel a lot and I have to say the people that work at this hotel are the NICEST I’ve ever come across. From the front desk staff to the custodial staff, they greeted everyone and were helpful. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and comfortable. Location in Boone was great.
I like this hotel because it is clean, the pool is great, breakfast is always on time and many choices to pick. Staff is nice too. This is the second time I stayed here. And prices very affordable. Thank you 😊.
Great location in Boone - easy access to restaurants and ski resorts. Room was clean and very comfortable. Kids loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was a hit will all ages. Staff were attentive and helpful.
Hotel is close to the mountains and near restaurants and other places. Easy to reach , has an extensive parking lot, rooms were okay and clean, front desk was very helpful and breakfast was nice.
The hotel was outside of Boone. It was quiet, well maintained, and comfortable. I would have no hesitation about staying here again. It would be perfect for that romantic getaway.
