It makes the job. For this price, don't expect something amazing. If you just look for a bed and a warm shower, then it's fine! The staff is kind. I also could park my bicycle in a safe place and protected from the rain.

I spent only 2 nights in Nagasaki and wish I'd had more time. It is a big city with much to see and do. Our ferry to the coal island was cancelled do to windy weather and we were called and refunded which was nice. We spend a lot of time at the museum and found it very interesting. We went to the port, where we saw the Queen Elizabeth boarding and had lunch at a nice Chinese restaurant very close on the 5th floor - very popular! There is a street for shopping for souvenirs very close too!
Nagasaki has much more than I saw and wish I can go again!

Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm.
Nagasaki is a city full of history and charm. I love the scenic view of Nagasaki port. People here are very warm and friendly, and it's a city full of nostalgic vibe. Besides that, Nagasaki Prefectural Art Museum has very modern and minimalistic architecture style. I like Champon a lot and have it almost everyday during my stay in Nagasaki.

A beautiful city which has unique history of being exposed to other countries, i.e. China, Netherlands, Portugal / Spain, England while the rest of the country was closed. It is also an important witness and victim of the A-bomb.
Don't forget to enjoy the view from Inasa yama.
Also, it offers various food options - shippoku-ryori can be eaten approximately 4000 per person if it is lunch.
We did not get to go to islands and Shimabara etc this time as well as House tembos....
It is a little hard to access by shinkansen now, but it was worth a visit.

The Night View is one of the best I've ever seen (second only to Hong Kong). We went up on the Rope Way, then discovered there was a Slope Car ascent as well--great for a return trip. The Dejima Wharf was a fantastic place to walk. The food in the restaurants around the city was wonderful. The trolley was fun, too.

A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover...
A short stay like 2 days & 2 nights should be able to cover all the major attractions in Nagasaki. Booked a hotel that provides onsen as it will be useful after much walking from one attraction to another. Buy the one-day tram pass and plan the number of attractions you can cover within the day or night... Then, have a good dinner at the Nagasaki Dejima Wharf... very good sashimi and must try the Uni Donburi!
I was greeted outside of the hotel by the manager which was a nice and unique gesture that I had only experienced years ago in Sapporo prior to this trip. Aside from being close to the station, the room was bigger than I expected. It had two beds, a desk (with wired Ethernet), a freestanding table, another little area where you could place belongings, a large TV, a couch, a small closet and a decently sized mini-fridge. There was also a very nice view from my room as well. I plan to stay here again if possible during my next trip to Japan.
A faultless hotel. I would give it 11 out of 10 if it was possible. Breakfast was fantastic and had great attention to detail in the presentation of the food. Room was exceptional and the decor had bespoke furnishings The staff were unbelievably helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom had every possible luxury. The hotel was two minutes from the Peace park and 2 minutes from the tram line which could get you anywhere in Nagasaki. The best hotel I have stayed at in many years.
Absolutely lovely hotel. Beautiful, helpful and efficient staff made the stay so smooth and restful.
Huge room. Wonderful food. The most amazing view over Nagasaki and its harbour from the sitting area in our room. Loved it. Also great minibus service to and from hotel to train station (central area); the drivers are amazing. The hill is really something else! Use of onsen at next door sister hotel was very welcome. The onsen at Koyotei is nice and clean but a little small.
The location was easy to find from the Nagasaki Bus Terminal, and the staff was very helpful with the check process (we contacted them via chat and they were very quick with the response). The room completely exceeded our expectations, the beds were spacious and lined with clean beddings, and overall, the atmosphere of the room was very good. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with your family and friends then I most certainly recommend this hotel.
The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very wide and comfortable. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, as well as coffee and bottled water, which were both replaced daily. It was conveniently located near Nagasaki Station and multiple bus routes and tram lines, so all the main tourist locations were easily accessible from the hotel. Plus, the price was affordable compared to the other hotels available and it was well worth it.
I stayed for 3days, definitely I love their staff, service and location. They were kind and accommodating despite pandemic. Went out in the day and when I came back, my room was clean again with new sets of towels. My garbage bins were also taken care of. The choices for breakfast was limited but it's okay because it was free to everyone.
Again, thank you! Will visit Nagasaki branch again.
The location is excellent, Shinchi Chinatown is close to most of the tourist spots in Nagasaki and the hotel itself is only a 4 min to the tram station. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The lighting and climate control systems were modern and convenient. I enjoyed the rooftop spa, which definitely sets this hotel apart from other similarly priced places.
The breakfast is world class. It’s one of the best we’ve ever had. The choice, quality and presentation were simply excellent. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms good. Nagasaki has loads to do and is a very attractive city so our three-day stay was one of our highlights in Japan. The hotel has very good transport links too.
The staff was very helpful and teach us how to take the bus/train to China Town and those places and Restaurant that we plan to go.
We also can find quite a number of Restaurant nearby the Hotel.
Walking distance from Nagasaki train/bus
station to hotel
Mineral water was provided daily
I had a price for the room with the view of the port and it was definitely worth it!
The room was spacious, the beds comfortables and we had everything we needed.
Shuttle bus are accessible from the Nagasaki station to the hotel and the other way around, which is very convenient.
Reasonable price, super location, great breakfast, nicely clean, awesome staff. This was the fourth time I stayed here I think and I highly recommend it. I've stayed in plenty of other hotels in Nagasaki (H2, Dormy Inn, JR and a few others) and this is the best value hands down.
Great location (walks to JR station, Chinatown, Seaside Park, AMU Plaza, restaurants). Nice onsen with extensive hours. Good breakfast with local Nagasaki dishes (stew pork belly, crispy fried noodles). Staff with good English and very helpful. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
Very close to the central Nagasaki train station - convenient when you’ve just finished a long train journey.
I appreciated the guest kitchen on one of the floors - other hotels didn’t always provide access to appliances like a microwave.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
Good location. Far from Nagasaki Station only 2 stop. Can take a bus or train bus to the hotel.
You can just walk around 5-10 min to shopping area, shopping mall, large park, and china shopping town.
The local people we met were very friendly and helpful. We can easily walk to train station. We accessed Nagasaki public transportation from station to visit Peace Park.
Right nearby the shinchi chinatown
The bus stop for nagasaki airport is 5 mn from the hotel
15 mn walking distance from Glover garden , temples, shopping arcades
Very convenient and the parking area is big, very accessible going to Nagasaki china town, harbor & glover garden 🪴 Breakfast is so good many food options 🥗
