When we arrived we were greeted by a dog bed, bowl and...
When we arrived we were greeted by a dog bed, bowl and biscuits in our room when was a lovely addition for our dog. The room was clean and very comfortable with tasteful decoration. The staff extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast delicious. We didn't have time to try the pool but it looked very inviting. There was even an electric car charger in the car park so overall a brilliant stay. Great location as just a few minutes from the port but If you struggle walking it is quite steep but there is car access. The port is very picturesque with many good restaurants, views are stunning. We enjoyed Santa Margherita Ligure very much.
We enjoyed Santa Margherita Ligure very much. It was a delightful town by the beach. There are lots of different places to eat. There is an absolutely delightful walk to Portofino along the coast. In the other direction there is also a lovely walk to Rapallo.

This city is a must visit.
This city is a must visit. The city itself has plenty to offer, from shops to an array of great seafood restaurants. Awesome waterfront and the perfect connection, in whichever way suits you, on foot, by bus or ferry, to Portofino...and we did try all three.

Views fantastic. Choice of restaurants and bars good.food expensive. Weather iffy at times but didn't spoil our enjoyment. Coffee amazing. Food delicious. Transport to portofino awkward if ferry not running.

I would have rather stayed in Santa Margarita than in Cinque Terra. CT was nice but SM was larger, the feel was more holiday Mediterranean style, more restaurants, shops... a great base to stay and then take the train or ferries down to CTJustinAustralia

The locations is awesome, the upper rooms with balconies are very great with beautiful views. If you have a car, you may find free parking on the street but they have a automatic underground car parking, its pretty cool and cost $20/night. The have a nice rooftop terrace, small with a cool dipping pool. Beach front loungers/umbreallas, breakfast great, outside seating. We had drinks outside. It was all great. Small elevators. :(

Small and clean decent rooms. Nice water pressure (I love the shower). Outside the hotel is a bus stop to portofino, there is also a beach and two more public access beaches you can enjoy. Restaurants available outside the hotel a bit pricey but they have excellent service and food were superb. (I recommend Langosteria) Overall I am happy with my stay, such kind and acoommodating staff.

They are beyond and above, the quality of their service in my opinion deserves 5 stars. They have assisted us in every way and are very warm and polite, it felt like our home during our stay in Ligure. Not to mention their indoor warm pool! One of the best hotels ever! Shoutout to the staff and the manager. :)
