All the staff were friendly, helpful, happy and smiley. Lawrence at reception was really great and helpful letting me have an adapted room for my mobility scooter and helped us with carparking and taxis. The cleaners were all very friendly, chatty and helpful assisting me in the lift with my mobility scooter. Such a change to see all those smiling, happy faces. We really enjoyed 😉 😉 ☺️

Manchester is the best! Loads to do and see. Many quality restaurants and the trams are great!
Favourites are Dishoom and Piccolinos.
We try and take in a show at the palace theatre and maybe a trip to the quays and the Trafford centre so all bases are covered. People are really welcoming- yes it rains but that’s Manchester for you. My tip use public transport it’s plentiful and keeps cars to a minimum.

Beautiful industrial heritage buildings together with impressive modern architecture. Excellent tram network. Visited the historic John Ryland's Library and the Hidden Gem Catholic Church. Lots of options for eating and good quality food. Very friendly people ready to help. Worth visiting Afflick's market for bargains, super good ice cream and great ambiance. Also the Craft and Design Centre, housed in the former Fish Market.
The hotel was lovely and just a short walk into the city centre. Staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. The room was beautiful and kept very clean. Shower was the best I’ve had in a hotel! Great selection of foods for breakfast. This hotel exceeded my expectations and had competitive rates in comparison to other hotels in the city. I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Manchester.
The location was perfect in the centre of the town. Parking 5 minutes walk. Arrived at 10.30 and was checked in straight away, which is unusual for city centre hotels. We were greeted by a very professional and pleasant young lady when we checked in. Stunning decor very different to hotels that we have stayed in before. Very clean would highly recommend and our go to hotel for future stays in Manchester.
I thought it was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was of adequate size & had a good view over Salford. The shower was one of the best I've had in a hotel & it was good to have a separate shower. The breakfast was good for a budget hotel with a fair amount of choice. The hotel was close to the tram taking you into Manchester City centre or to Media City.
Bus Stop outside for Manchester City Centre. Tram stop about 10 - 15 minutes walk away for City Centre. Large Room very clean, comfy and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at the Hotel as attending a show at the AO Arena that evening. Didn't have breakfast as had to be somewhere else so ate along the way. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Manchester.
Great variety at breakfast. You can even ask for freshly made omelettes 🤩. The view over Manchester Central is stunning from the restaurant. Very warm attentive restaurant staff. The checkout staff were EXCELLENT 👌🏽. So helpful. Even offered to keep my luggage while I explored the city.
Parking in the hotel is the best, there is a lift from the hotel car pack to reception.
The location is fairly close to the airport but not close to the city centre for anyone who is interested is having a better connection to Manchester central. The nearest bus takes about 35 minutes to get to the centre. The only thing I liked about our room was the lighting in the bathroom and how easily the toilet would flush.
The hotel itself is in a perfect location. The room was a large corner room and was spotless.
Special thanks to Karen who helped my boyfriend set up the room with birthday balloons and prosecco for my arrival! Karens special touch means we will always stay at this hotel when we are in Manchester.
Stayed at the hotel twice while passing through Manchester. A very basic hotel, but great value and very close to the train station. The reception ( Kevin ) was absolutely fantastic and the reason we chose to stay here the second time. Great for an overnight stay.
Visited Manchester for a work trip and stayed in Moxy. Hotel feels like it caters to a younger generation and felt modern. The welcome drink was very nice as well and the rooms were well set up. Used the Photo booth with some of my colleagues as well.
The bed was amazing! Such a good night's sleep. Pillows amazing, wanted to take them home!
Clean and well decorated.
Great central position of hotel. Im from Manchester and felt so at home being there again. Was the ideal place to stay
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is super well located in Manchester.
A vast number of shops (high end + retail) and restaurants were walking distance (2 - 5 minutes).
Old Trafford was approximately 45 - 60 minutes walk.
Great location at the heart of Manchester city centre within walking distance to buses trams and Piccadilly train station. Staff very friendly and very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again and again. Good value fir money.
Location was very central, easy to walk every where in Manchester city centre, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Good public transport links and close to train station. Quiet hotel, no noise at night so slept well.
Excellent hotel for what we was using it for! We used it to stay over night in the city centre before catching a Uber into Manchester airport. It was in the centre of Manchester perfect location for a little night out.
We stayed when the hotel was new so we were already familiar with the location on the edge of Manchester City Centre. The checkin process was quick and friendly but that’s the only real positive thing I can say.
Fabulous new hotel in Manchester. All the staff were excellent and made us feel welcome. Room was gorgeous. Perfect location for the night life in the city centre. Would highly recommend.
We picked your hotel because it is close to the main theatres in Manchester and would avoid the hassle of travelling home late at night. Our plan worked perfectly. We'll stay again.
