The staff at Bella Napoli were outstanding. Stella, Jet and Gilbert were extremely attentive and made sure we were very well looked after during our stay. Honestly the best service we’ve experienced anywhere. The resort is boutique style which is great as there are not too many guests. Very quiet location (except for dogs and roosters in surrounding properties). The hotel staff arranged trikes for us every time we wanted to go somewhere. Lovely swimming pool. We at the restaurant several times during our stay and found the food really good quality and very reasonably priced.

Literally - EVERYTHING! From the moment we got picked up to the moment we departed, everything was just perfect. The staff were exceptional - Adryn, Jai, Ronald, Jacklyn, Lem, Jerik and others I didn't manage to get their names. The property owners Alex and Luci were so helpful and accommodating as well. I loved the whole feel of the property, felt so home-y. Food was so yummy too! The best part were all the rescues roaming around <3 Will definitely stay here again!

Situated in Panglao, 800 metres from Danao Beach, Selectum Mangrove Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We loved everything! Starting with the lovely couple who built and created this beautiful corner, down to the smallest details. There is nothing they haven't thought of. We felt in a five-star intimate and magical hotel. The garden is perfect! It's just magical. The food is delicious! Anything you order is 🎯 The room is beautiful, So comfortable bed, the air conditioner is quiet, everything works perfectly: the electricity, the shower, the TV. Simply wow ‼️‼️‼️

What a wonderful small resort to stay in. During my three weeks vacay in Philippines, this was by far the best accommodation I experienced. Tasty breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, clean and comfortable rooms, parking space and extremely friendly stuff really made this place worth to visit. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay one night short but the next time I head to Panglao, this resort will be my choice of stay.

We have travelled a lot in many countries, stayed in different hotels/apartments and suppose Alona Austria to be the most cleanest place :) Fresh towels and bed linen every day. Small kitchenette with kitchen towels, new sponge and washing liquid was very clean as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Guarded well-kept territory with flowers. The hotel is close to the main road, but no noise at all, we felt safe and very welcome during our stay. Dear host, thank you very much for such a wonderful place!
