Hotel was amazing. The location was perfect for a winter ski vacation. The reception manager, Martin was instrumental in making my stay a true pleasure. He made sure that each request I made was granted with pleasure. His staff were trained to make me feel welcome and treated me as a valued guest. Martin is a true professional. I will return to this property.

Overlooking the Tisleifjord, Oset Fjellhotell is 1.5 km from Golsfjellet Ski Centre. It offers traditional Norwegian cuisine as well as a kids playroom, gym and indoor pool. Wi-Fi is free in all... Food was very good, especially the dinner buffet with lots of choice, all of high quality. Everything was spotlessly clean and most of the staff were very friendly. The room was very big indeed.

This hotel opened in May 2010. It is right next to Bjørneparken Shopping Centre and 5 minutes’ drive from Vassfaret Bear Park. Guests enjoy free in-room Wi-Fi and free parking. From the outside, I really wasn’t expecting much more than a motel but as soon as we stepped inside and were greeted by Thomas on reception, I knew this was going to be great. Freeflow coffee was available for guests in reception and in a station inside the cafe/restaurant too. Check in was smooth and we were soon in our very comfortable, airy and large room. The beds were super comfortable with pillows and duvets like marshmallows covered in crisp clean linen. There were plenty of sockets to charge electrical items and lots of surfaces to place our personal items. The bathroom shower was excellent and very powerful with lots of hot water. Although the hotel is attached to the Mall with a number of supermarkets and McDonald’s, We had dinner in the hotel’s on site restaurant - we both had schnitzel - and it was plentiful and delicious. Our waiter also refilled the bottle of water for us too. Breakfast was a thing of beauty - so much choice and everything supremely well cooked and warm too. The cinnamon rolls were gorgeous. I had a great night’s sleep as the curtains blocked out the light and we were not disturbed by any road noise. It really was a pretty perfect stop over and I’m only sorry we had just one night.

Storefjell Resort Hotel is located next to Storefjell Ski and Sledging Centre, only 20 km from central Gol. Guests can enjoy free private parking and access to the pool, gym and sauna access. Huge place with so many facilities, so tasty breakfast and buffets. People are so nice and polite.

Located right at the edge, 1002 meters above sea level, is Skarsnuten Hotel. The hotel has a panoramic view of Hemsedal and with Hemsedal ski center as the nearest neighbor. Everything about this hotel was A M A Z I N G. The views, the food, the SPA!!!, the staff. I could never imagine that the quality of everything would’ve been that high. It’s so price worthy & it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. I have no words. It’s magical in every way. The view from the restaurant (the view from anywhere in this hotel) was insane. I am definitely coming back! (Also the most comfortable bed EVER!!!!!) can’t recommend this enough 🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️

Situated in central Geilo, this hotel is just 150 metres from Geilo Alpine Centre. Free services include Wi-Fi, private parking and a ski shuttle service. Wonderful hotel, with cozy salons where you can just spend time reading or drinking coffee. The room was big and confortable and breakfast was great with many local productd.
