This was such a lovely experience. The staff in particular were absolutely outstanding, super super friendly and so happy to help. The grounds and design of the hotel were also incredibly beautiful and everything was done to a really high standard. It’s obvious that the management and staff care lot about the hotel and really want to ensure that all the guests have the best experience possible. The food at the sky bar was delicious and the breakfast buffet offerings were especially good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will 100% come back!

Mr. Pich and his staff were very kind and always helped us, when we wanted to plan trips around the city. We left in the evening and could leave our luggage and even shower again.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. It's an excellent hotel. The best by far in Siem Reap. The staff and management are absolutely top-notch!! On arrival, I have been served with a refreshing drink and fruits while they were busy checking me in. The hotel itself is beyond expectations. Beautiful, well-kept gardens and swimming pool. Spacious room and very quiet. Highly recommend, and I will stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights it was fabulous. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. We had a standard room which was spacious. The bathroom was lovely and huge shower. Tea and coffee for free each day lovely touch. The views from our room were wonderful. The pool was perfect especially during happy hour!!!!!!all the staff were very helpful. I really cannot fault this hotel. The breakfast is probably the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel the variety and quality was amazing. For the price of this hotel you will not get better in siem reap. I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough.
