Hey so my friend and I came here from Australia we are both in our 20’s and I booked here with little to know about Dolomites but came to see all the alps. Sometimes it’s better to just go and experience and see places you wouldn’t find on the internet. We drove from Rome and got lost and arrived at 10pm but they still waited for us at the reception desktop and honestly these are the nicest people who will host its like coming to a family hotel. The hotel is so clean it’s nothing like the pictures it’s pretty and clean inside and I really liked breakfast there’s options at the table thats fresh, they make you an egg and make you cappuccino, espresso or Cocoa, whatever you want, everyday which was super cute and I was very grateful and ontop of that they would give you directions if you had no idea where to go they would recommend to you where to park your car and on the map show you which hike to take. If you have no idea it’s a great place to start your trip in the alps. I had such a good stay with my friend and was very thankful. They even give you some free bus tickets to start off with maps of the area and I just think there’s a lot of convenience at this hotel and the service is very good. It’s not like other hotels where they don’t really interact with you, it’s a lovely hotel with people that will help and that makes all the difference on a stay in a country you haven’t been to before. So blessings to this place, and Thankyou.

Stora fina rum med tillhörande separata badrum, jättesköna och breda sängar. Fint ändamålsenligt kök. Allt var toppfräscht och värdinnan Irene mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!

Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so nice. The room was wonderful, every day when they cleaned it they left some chocolates:) The wellness area was amazing and we couldn't be happier to stay thr ere. Definitely recommended and we'll definitely come back!

The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was exceptional. Guest menu for dinner was good value and since we struggled to find somewhere else that was open we ate dinner at the hotel both nights and were happy we did. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools. A lovely surprise was the hotel provided Lukas the walking guide for the day and we had an awesome day with him. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic right in the centre of the valley just a short walk from both big ski areas with lots of ski facilities nearby. I loved the fireplace at the entrance, it made the lobby very warm and welcoming! The staff were lovely, very helpful and the kids loved the pool.

מלון מושלם!! We had the best week in this hotel, we stayed with 2 small children and they did not want to leave. The surrounding is breathtaking- super close to many attractions. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Outside there is a lot of space for the kids to run and play, they loved the chickens and the rabbits and the outdoor hot tub was a hit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back someday!
