Room was quite spacious with a nice balcony and fantastic view! Bathroom was spacious with nice walk-in shower. Staff was wonderful!! On site restaurant was outstanding (staff was incredible!!) Plenty of parking. Location was great!

Would highly recommend getting the dinner. Great value with 4 courses that were excellent every night! The recommended wine pairings were excellent as well and we were able to try Austrian varietals.

Nestled amid the unique natural landscape around Ellmau, Hotel Der Bär offers an all year round heated indoor and outdoor infinity pool with panoramic view, a sauna and steam bath, fitness area and... This was one of the best hotels we stayed on our trip and the staff were exceptional. The bar and waiting staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional especially the outdoor pool in the winter. Skiing was fabulous and we had unlimited activities to enjoy during the day too if you needed a day off skiing. The room was very comfortable and complements to the hotel cleaning staff who always had our room spotless. The food every day was excellent and always a good choice on the menu.

It features a large wellness area with an indoor pool, several saunas and a fitness room. great Hoel with a very kind staff. Everything was prepared before our arrival: dedicated parking space, ski box to store equipment, the bed for our daughter. You get everything you need for the good rest

Surrounded by a wonderful mountain landscape, the Föhrenhof offers a quiet location at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain. Room on the very top under the roof in the side house. Very nicely decorated, lovely modern bathroom. Room had a balcony and is in a very quiet location. Very good breakfast and great dinner in the restaurant. They offer a sauna but we did not use it so we can not comment on that aspect. We have friends that live nearby and we didn't want to stay in Ellmau itself, so do note that you are NOT in the center of Ellmau with this property. But for us the location was excellent to walk to our friends house.

Incredible location, with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa area is in excellent condition, and very tastefully designed, as is the rest of the hotel. The terraces are beautiful, and the food is excellent.

Excellent location, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The rooms are a good size and are comfortable and clean. The meals were also delicious! Highly Highly recommend!!
