The staff were super friendly and the concierge was very nice and explained in detail how to use facilities of the hotel (swimming pool, sauna, etc...).

Very helpful staff, location really close to the shops and centre, very spacious room, very clean and, most important, amazing breakfast with lots to chose from and very fresh bread, meats, fruit etc. As I love Innsbruck and will definitely visit again Hotel Zach will be my first choice.

Very kind and nice staff who offered great service. Beautiful view over the city and the northern mountains. The atmosphere in Aldrans was perfect after a day in the busy citry centre. It was a nice bonus that the hotel had a common kitchen with a fridge, cutlery and a vending machine. It was super easy to take the bus nearby using the welcome card.

The location is pretty beautiful. We also enjoyed the calm surroundings. We stayed in the wooden lodge for three nights. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a lot to offer and was tasty.

Clean and spacious room, breakfast was nice especially ham and eggs. I came very late but they left an envelope for me so i can check in myself. I was a bit afraid from the reviews here but although it is an older hotel, it has very hot water im the tub, clean beds and towels and ofcourse privacy in your room. Im pretty happy with my stay and will definetly book again if i find myself in Innsbruck again.
