I don't know where to start. The villa was amazing - clean, comfortable, and homely. The food was incredible - we wanted to go out to eat, but found that the food at the resort was better than anything. The swimming pool was fantastic - clean, and the perfect temperature. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we left, my son asked why we couldn't just live there forever. I had no response. We didn't meet Caroline as she was away, but Julien was an amazing host.

We are from India and we went there with a family of 7 (including 2 elder parents and 1 small kid). The staff is amazing. Within the premise it feels like you are sitting in a garden full of trees. The pool is cozy and it was fun staying 2 days at the hotel. Another highlight is their tasty food - pizzas are just amazing. Sufficient option for vegetarian/vegan food. We liked it more because for our family almost all the dishes that we ordered tasted really good. They also have a reasonably priced in-house TukTuk for confortable rides around the city. They showed special gesture by giving better rooms for my elderly parents and some complimentary drinks. Very welcoming hosts like Pai That.

An exceptional hotel in a very good location, making it easy to reach the temples. The hotel provides its own tuk-tuk service for this purpose. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. You can feel that the staff value a family atmosphere and include the guests in this. The hotel's basic philosophy is to support the local community, such as schools or local farmers. This allows you to travel and support the local people at the same time. When I visit Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and the staff were so incredibly helpful! They spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to assist me. They gave me information on what to see and just had good conversations which meant a lot as a solo traveller. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice to use after a long day of seeing the temple. I recommend this hotel!

The staff are very attentive. I arrived at this hotel at 12:00 as I had changed my planned accommodation at short notice. Originally we were supposed to check in at 14:00, but they were happy to let us in. I was especially indebted to Mr Nai, Mr Vanny ,Ms Phen and Mr Solin. They were very helpful and friendly. I was worried about travelling alone, but they made the trip very enjoyable!
