What an amazing location - our room had a fabulous view of Porto Lavagna marina and the big blue Mediterranean. Bed was comfy and the shower amazing. Breakfast was fabulous and I must point out that the staff were great! The promenade was right in front of the hotel and was a delight to walk on in the evening.

Plenty of different things, very good teas, good croissants, everything quite satisfactory or very good.
There are so many places to eat! The food is excellent pretty much everywhere. The focaccia si to die for and so is the farinata! When visiting Lavagna you can forget about the car and if you wish to visit 5 terre the train is very convenient! Smoking should be banned in all beaches, though!

Small coastal town with cheaper accommodation than other towns in the area. (ie Portofino). Good rail service. Church of St Stephen is well worth a visit as the interior is spectacular. Not a huge choice of Restaurants but you will not starve!!. Some nice shops.
The Apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony to sit outside, a living room with AC, a bathroom with a good running shower and a bedroom. The Wifi is also good!
Lavagna is a good place to start day trips from there, around the Apartment there are free parking lots available.
If you travel around by train you walk 15 minutes to the trainstation in Lavagna and 20 to Chiavari (which has a lovely center).
Davide is a really friendly owner, you can ask any question (call/WhatsApp) and get an answer very quick.
Simply outstanding! The rooms in the second house are brand new and laid out extremely well. The room Vernazza was one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. Great views of the Mediterranean sea and very spacious.
Parking is available right at the property. The pool area has enough sunbeds for all guests and areas in the shade as well. Shuttle service down to Sestri Levante was reliable and the driver was very nice/friendly.
This place is a great base when visiting Cinque Terre - I will definitely return.
Great value for the money in an area that is hard to book, at least on the summer months. It’s quite conveniently placed between Portofino and Cinque Terre. Amazing reception from Roman and his wife: we felt so welcomed, in such a natural and nice way. Thank you Roman for your kindness, care and professionalism. Good breakfast and great terrace to have it! Free parking on the street of the albergo + payed parking right at the end of the street (Porto di Lavagna).
Hope to come back someday!
We got a big room for us three under the roof. We appreciated it very much. The air conditioning functioned well, the room and the bathroom were spacious, we had much storing space. Good breakfast. The hotel is near the beach, train station, supermarkets, restaurants... And the staff is nice. To sum up we had an excellent holiday.
Beautiful place especially for couples I went alone and I enjoyed it , crew r so helpful, food is good ,super clean and luxurious but the restaurant is too small for the hotel it was not an issue for me but I would like to mention it just in case if you want to dine or else It worth every single euro
Beautiful villa with great neighbourhood. Many good restaurants, shops and beautiful church. The villa itself has long history, belong to the wealthy Genoa family : Fieschi. Donatella very kind and helpful. If you love history and antique, this is your hotel. Breakfast also super delicious.
The hotel was great. The bedroom was delightful but slightly small for a guy of my size as was the shower cubicle, which personally I had a slight issue in getting into as it was a corner opening cubicle. Apart from that, which is of course a personal problem, the stay was very enjoyable.
this is a family run property and the host family is very welcoming. the roam was ready on time, sparkly clean. location of the place is fantastic. it is 2 mins to train station, city centre and beaches by foot. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Lavagna.
This hotel was a gem of a find! The owners are absolutely lovely and went above and beyond giving it their personal touch. The hotel itself was lovely, rooms were spacious and there were lots of thoughtful things around and the decor was great.
Our room was very nice and better than expected. It was also very quiet and clean.
The hotel is located in the center and near the beach too.
I really liked the services, especially the breakfast that was superb! We’ll come back for sure.
Our hosts were so welcoming and the breakfast each day was fresh and plentiful. We also had apertivo twice at the hotel and it was equally nice. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.
Fabulous hotel in the hills with a stunning sea view and beautiful infinity pool. Staff all excellent, as was the evening meal I had: tasting menu made from produce at the hotel. - wonderful experience
Good place in a beautiful village. Very comfortable, large apartment. Well equipped enough. Good location for hiking in both Lavagna and Chiavari. Recommend.
