Albergo S. Andrea is located in the historic centre of Amalfi, and most rooms overlook the majestic Cathedral. Each room offers free Wi-Fi and is simply decorated.

Hotel petit de gestió familiar. Molt cèntric, situat davant de la catedral, en una zona peatonal i a poques passes del mar. Net i ben mantingut. Està envoltat de restaurants, bars i botigues de souvenirs, de roba i d'artesania. La propietària es va encarregar de buscar-nos un parking a un preu més raonable que els parking públics de la proximitat. Magnífica vista de la façana de la catedral des de l'habitació. Esmorzar molt bo i abundant, amb suc de fruita fet al moment, menjar dolç i salat. Són també propietaris d'un restaurant a la mateixa plaça, el Sant'Andrea, on s'hi menja molt bé.

    Poble bonic però amb preus abusius arreu, superiors als d'altres llocs d'Itàlia, com per exemple Nàpols. Dificultat extrema per a aparcar. No hi ha platges públiques gratuïtes, cal pagar i el preu és molt car.

    Amalfi és un poble molt bonic a la vora del mar però que...

    Amalfi és un poble molt bonic a la vora del mar però que s'enfila a la muntanya. La zona més turística es peatonal. El principal problema és l'aparcament, car i escàs. La platja és de sorra negra, com a tota la Costa Amalfitana. Hi ha autobusos, fèrries i barques per visitar els pobles propers. També es pot anar amb vaixell a les Illes properes. No et descuïdis de visitar la catedral, val molt la pena.
