The owner “Rob”? Was very friendly. The location was quiet and a very short walk to the beach. The room was immaculate.
Boasting an incredible location just minutes from Canada’s warmest lake, the Park Inn Osoyoos makes for an excellent home base to explore the Great Outdoors in southern British Columbia.

Great location! A nice walk to restaurants and stores!
It is little City, and nice Lake. We would like that there is more path to walk around. It was cold, not swimming season. They have good WaterMark resort. We ate in Sage Pub.
Overall we saw it, and probably not coming back.

Arrived on Friday afternoon got set up in our room. Went out for a walk into the shopping area just over 10 minutes. Friendly people at every turn. Found a nice pub on the corner with a really good menu.
Saturday was even better.

I love the people, and everything you need is close to hand.
I love the people, and everything you need is close to hand. Also, being a short distance from other towns, Osoyoos is a perfect base for exploring. Beautifully kept town, lots of flowers and clean. Many interesting stores, a great coffee shop, and a fun little bakery.

Osoyoos and surrounding Vineyards are Gorgeous!
Osoyoos and surrounding Vineyards are Gorgeous! The people of Osoyoos are friendly and welcoming. The town of Osoyoos is quiet and so very clean. BUT ... EVERYTHING closed at 8 - 8:30 ! The Boston Pizza is Absolutely the BEST BP I've ever visited. Good was fantastic, served hot and delicious and the staff were excelled.

The hotel offered everything you needed for your stay.
The hotel offered everything you needed for your stay. If you forgot shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. It was provided in large bottles! Amazing! The beach right outside was fantastic & beautiful! Just what the doctor ordered for a special visit. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I just love the people and the place in every way.
I just love the people and the place in every way. I find the locals very friendly. There isn't a big nightlife here and that's good for me - makes the place quiet at night. But there are lots of good places to eat, hiking and walking trails within an hour in every direction, tons of wineries to visit. I haven't even gone inside the museum and art gallery yet. I love the little walkway with its public washrooms, and even the dive-bombing starlings. Watching the sunrise, reading, thinking, just relaxing.
The real gem was Phil, the person working the desk. He was taking multiple calls from people displaced by the fires. I made an error in the date for our trip as we also had to quickly change our plan.
He fixed our booking (Booking.com was also helpful) and even arranged for last minute accommodations for my 92 year old mother. Did it all with a calm approach and a smile. Hard to find service like that.
The people working at the hotel were also really friendly and responsive.
Will return there for sure!
We booked Spirit Ridge at the last minute as a stop over en route to Vancouver.
Because a mudslide closed the only highway, we were unable to reach the hotel and had to make a major detour through the Kootenays. Although non-refundable the hotel did not hesitate to refund our payment in full, saving us a lot of worry and expense.
We are extremely grateful for this and will definitely be staying at Spirit Ridge the next time we pass through Osoyoos.
More like an apartment instead of your average motel room. Temperature was around 40C and the AC worked great. Loved being able to barbeque and eat my dinner on the beach. Sadly there was a major fire 30 miles away in Keremeos, and the smoke was bad, but hopefully all of BC will recover from the worst fire season ever. I would highly recommend this place. Always busy in Osoyoos in the summer time, so book early.
this was our first time at the best western in Osoyoos and we had a great stay! love the location near the mini golf and a short walk to the beach and a great coffee shop. quiet and clean room. very friendly staff. loved the included breakfast too
Comfy bed and the room has a long long counter with a wall mirror and light beside a sink in the bedroom which I found. Toilet and tub are in the bathroom. This set up works for me as lack of those in other hotels is a big complaint.
Continental breakfast what is to be expected. Nothing extra but if you’re willing to step out of the hotel and spend some then there’s options. Otherwise for what’s included in the room price the continental breakfast passes.
It was a great hotel! I found the online reviews were quite misleading, but we really enjoyed our stay and can not wait to go back! The pool and hot tub were very clean and everything seemed to be fairly well maintained.
I liked nothing about the property, as it was not maintained properly, considering the fact the owner of this hotel overcharges his customers for a hotel that is not worth the price this website advertises his hotel at.
Almost a great experience. Front desk staff was awesome. Great views, clean and comfortable rooms, lots of great amenities. The hotel location is close to town. Lots of walks and hikes nearby. Close to wineries.
This is a basic hotel, but was clean and comfortable and provided good value. The staff member I met was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked well--a must in Osoyoos this time of year!
The location was great, 1 minute walk to the beach and pub. Just off HWY 3 but very quiet. Pool was fantastic. I will be recommending this place to everyone who is looking to stay in Osoyoos.
We loved the location being right on the beach and the walk along the water. The pet friendly option was amazing . The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable !
Typically there is a consistency about Coast Hotels and the one thing that was consistent here was the beds and pillows. They were comfortable. Nothing else was.
We stayed one night in Osoyoos. The Boundary motel was a great stop over. Quiet, walking distance to downtown, and great price. We will come back again.
