The property use to be very good . I don't know what happen . I have a lot of charges on my card I'm going to see about today.900.00 worth. It was a disaster, my daughter Birthday was ruin, not even the bad part the wht ppl looked at us like we wasn't supposed to be there . My girls got in the pool and they literally watch them with rudeness I can't make this up . Then we I told my girls that's enough let's go, they gon get in the pool when we was leaving out, sounds very familiar.

This hotel was awful, got there at 10:30 at night and didn’t have a room after they confirm my reservation , so I was stuck with no room and about 4 hours from home, all they said was their cleaning staff didn’t show up, so I was without a room because of their poor management , they never called and let me know or even offered to find other accommodations , the person at the check in desk very rude and not helpful at all, don’t waste your time booking with this hotel!

Great location to all the new stores and restaurants that were just built. Easy access road that traveled in all directions to whatever you need; restaurant, Wal-Mart, shopping, and more. We ate at the brand new Soulshine Pizza just a few minutes away from our Home 2 Suites hotel. Delicious food and great service! Seated right away and food didn’t take long to arrive.

Overall, Ridgeland was nice, the area was ok.
Overall, Ridgeland was nice, the area was ok. Just be careful of the hotels you choose to stay in. First going into Ridgeland from Hwy 55, the further South you go (i.e.) like going into Jackson, coming Ridgeland, is not very nice .The deeper you go into Ridgeland the better.

The parks were nice, the food places were ok, and the people were sometimes friendly. Getting around Ridgeland was fairly easy using navigation as everything was generally in the same areas. The Northpark Mall is nice and clean and has alot of stores and food choices.

I Loved everything about this hotel!
I Loved everything about this hotel! Nice, professional, friendly and very a accommodating staff. The food was great (breakfast and dinner) hot breakfast with delicious fresh fruits, bagels and pastries and happy hour was great with a diverse variety of food and drinks to choose from! The rooms are very clean and decor was really nice! The hot tub and pool was very relaxing (both inside and outdoors).
The location is excellent! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! The bathrooms in the room were clean! The lighting in the rooms is soooo spa-like and relaxing. Very romantic vibe.. great smell all around the hotel.. cozy vibes somewhat.. the beds were very comfy! We absolutely loved it!
Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room was a good size. Breakfast area was clean. Food was very good and hot. Easy access to room with two elevators available to use. Parking was great. Hotel is in a good position next to I-55. Easy on and off access from interstate.
I will book here every time I’m visiting family in Jackson or a surrounding area. The complimentary breakfast was superb so tip them well they deserve it. I love this hotel!!! Pool is huge must have a reservation for a time slot.
The staff was friendly and very efficient. Hotel was spotless and room was well designed and comfortable. Very quiet, easy parking lot access, restaurants just across parking lot. Nice walking trail behind hotel.
Beautiful Hotel, space was friendly and perfect. But for the price point, we expected more amenities. Housekeeping is only available every other day and the dining choices are limited.
The Air condition was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel it was so cold you could hang meat in the room very awesome. The cleanness of the outside as well as the inside
No working hot water, our room was dirty when we came, someone put furniture polish on the floor and it was like a ice skating rink. We left to go to another hotel
