Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds.
Run down boring city. 60s style. Suffering from underinvestment. Very poor facilities and venues. Untidy and dirty train station. Was there before in 70s. Nothing changed. Definite lack of funding. Resembles East German cities in 90s. A city left behind I think. Will not hurry back 2/10. Nothing that impressed me. Signs of urban degredation. Unfinished works. Road works. Shabby empty buildings. Untidy, unpainted empty shops. Planners require reeducated.

Very nice and clean city.
Very nice and clean city. You'll find there everything you'd need for your trip. Like anywhere in Germany - great transportation system, many destinations to be reached. It's about 40 minutes from Dortmund Airport by car.
Hagen is a green and hospitable town!
Liked these restaurants much: Wirtshaus Spinne, Kaisergarten
The personnel was very nice, there was a pretty big bed with a big smart TV, very clean room with a large variety of food for breakfast. Inside the hotel was quiet, there is a terrace for smoking or enjoying a beer/beverage.
There are a lot of markets and it is 15 minutes away from the city center by foot. All in all for me was a good choise.
Keep it up and thank you!
very well located - just a short walk from the train station (one of the very few surviving old buildings in Hagen, WWII...) and at the center of town. Yet also very quiet.
The hotel itself has the air of a family-run; the people are very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, wi-fi was good.
What else do you need on a business trip?
Clean, comfortable, very large rooms in a quiet villa right next to the centre of Hagen Haspe. Lots of retail shopping in the immediate vicinity, great hiking opportunities on the hills around the town (3-Türme-Weg and others). The owner is a gentleman, present on the premises, and kindly helped us to find a repair shop for our car.
The hotel is conveniently located to city centre as well as the main train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, quick access to Wi-Fi and a good-sized comfy bed made my stay really pleasant. Even with a busy road outside, inside the rooms it was really quiet.
The receptionist called Shirin was amazing, she helped us with every question and was so kind and made us feel very welcome at the Campus Hotel. She brings a great personality to the job. Also, we thought the folded toilet paper was really funny. Loved that little detail.
I loved the size of the apartment. It was the best value I've gotten out of anywhere I've stayed in Germany and the kitchen was a life saver. It was so nice to be able to have a fridge, where a hotel wouldn't. The view was very nice as I got a room on the top floor.
Frederik the night manager was amazing! Professional, courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. With training he would be an amazing concierge in a 5 star hotel and I know a few...again thank you for your help.
Excellent hotel, very close to local travel points. Staff & cleanliness very good.
Facility for making Tea/Coffee kettle needs to be made available inside the rooms. Break fast was excellent.
Overall excellent.
The hotel has a cool, stylish interior design. The staff was very friendly, dedicated, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, high quality and varied. We also got an upgrade: the room was huge.
The location is not central but the parking lot makes the hotel very attractive (you need a car if you are staying there). The landscape is awesome. Room was clean and breakfast as well ok.
Clean, comfortable room with good breakfast. Near train station
This hotel was very nice
The staff did all they could to provide a good experience. I would highly recommend this hotel
