Polychrono is a lovely village with one of the nicest promenades in halkidiki, with a great variety of places to eat and drink - many with tables on the beach itself. Lovely atmosphere - relaxed and friendly. Great for families and couples who enjoy spending their evenings walking the promenade, a nice meal and chilling with a drink or two in beautifully decorated bars. Much better beaches to be had in halkidiki, but polychrono beach is typical of many town beaches in halkidiki. You definitely need a car to explore the area - afitos was nearby and is a stunning village and makes for a great evening out. The place is perfect for a family vacation with small kids, it is quiet, the beach and water are perfect, and there are several markets close by wherever your apartment is located. Doctor of Hunger is a great place to eat at. :)

These people are always willing to help you and honor your requests. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and the amazing pool! The breakfast was the best ever! The location is very convenient, you have everything you need nearby (pharmacy, stores, markets, cafe & bar, bakery.) and last but not least there is a great reception and people working there. The staff were super nice as well. Service was top notch. Most of all very clean. Room was big enough with a sofa and a balcony to enjoy a drink. Also, plenty of electric sockets which normally lack in hotels. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant atmosphere is very peaceful and enjoyable. Wished we could stay longer.
