The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine.
The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Niseko is the place you go when you want to travel/ski but want to feel like your still at home with all your comforts. The mountains pretty nice and not as busy as I expected in the late season.
Hirafu is stupidly over priced for accomodation and food. it's the Whistler of Japan. Lift tickets are expensive compared to most other resorts in Japan.
I only came because I had to do some training at Grand Hirafu.
I ended up staying in Kutchan for 5 of my 10 days as its more affordable and has more of an authentic Japanese feel, although you then may have to wait for buses and you'll be sacrificing the night life if thats what you're into.
Overall I would not return to Niseko unless it was a powder day and I was riding with some friends. Theres plenty of other options to choose from in my opinion.

Niseko is great for snowboarding.
Niseko is great for snowboarding. We were here for the powder and didn’t do much else. The mountain is not huge, but it is bigger than any other we have been to in Japan. The price is higher also. But you get some fun runs in and the tree areas are uncrowded. Would be great if there were more restaurants in the area that are halal or vegetarian friendly advertised on google maps. There are seasonal shuttle buses that operate in the area and the online maps and real time display of bus location is pretty good. Afuri has vegan ramen which was pretty good. Home Made Udon Goroku had vegetarian options also pretty delicious.

Hirafu (the main town around Niseko) is a vibrant ski town with lots of restaurants. I loved it. The skiing was great and so was the nightlife. You do not need a car if you stay in Hirafu. The only caution is that the town feels less Japanese and more “western,” with lots of western food and visitors from Australia, US and Europe. It felt less Japanese than I was expecting. For some visitors, that could be a plus. For others, it may be a negative.

Niseko is a very nice ski resort.
Niseko is a very nice ski resort. Everything is very well organised as in most Japanese ski resorts. The size of the ski resort and number of lifts allows to stay for a 2-3 days without feeling you rode this slope 10 times already. Connection with Niseko Village is not very convenient as you have to get quite high to move across. If you get there during peak season, book your restaurants way ahead otherwise, you will end up getting your food from the food trucks and Lawson. A mix of both will allow to manage your budget. Things are globally more expensive here than man other resorts.
Excellent location: 1-2min walk in ski boots to the Grand Hirafu Gondola or Mountain Center Annex rental center. ~10min walk to places like Tonzanken ramen or Musu bar in the village.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient ski vallet service, excellent onsens, and very good restaurant (breakfast included; dinner expensive, but you get your money's worth). Also, could get breakfast to go in a box!
The room was beautiful, cozy, and practical. Sapporo vending machine on the 5th floor was an amazing, unexpected added bonus!
The location is good and the Annupuri Ski Area is in walking distance. Food is very nice as well. The service of the hotel is really impressive. After check out in the last day, my husband found he left his phone in the room, but we were already in the train heading to airport. They responded quickly and asked the drive to send our phone to Kutchan station(that’s about 30mins drive away on the snow road). We felt really warm for that. Finally we got the phone on time and managed to catch the flight.
This is the second time I have stayed here and it is still awesome. Rooms are a very good size and have good facilities. Excellent Onsen. Get breakfast included because the breakfast is very good and worth the extra money. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Moiwa snow area. Has a courtesy shuttle bus to Niseko resorts. We had to eat in the hotel restaurant on a couple of nights and the meals were much less expensive than you would expect.
Breakfast was available for 1800yen. Dinner cost 2700yen. Both meal selections were adequate; breakfast was especially good. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel that whisked you to the Niseko Hirafu Welcome Center in about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Very convenient. The rooms were modern and clean and had plenty of storage space. Two sinks in each room. The front desk staff spoke good English which was a relief and helpful.
The staff was unbelievably amazing. They made me feel like family. Very friendly, informative, and accommodating. The location is a little off the beaten path, Therefore quiet and peaceful. I had a car, so it was fine. There are 2 restaurants on site. One is budget friendly and the main lodge restaurant is top notch. The higher end restaurant was absolutely phenomenal food. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
I called the hotel (pension) after booking confirmation then the hotel staff (the owner) kindly informed me to get off at Kutchan station and take a Niseko bus to Grand Hirafu Welcome Center. He picked me up at the Welcome Center where next day he dropped me too after checkout.
The service was good, hotel was so cozy, above all location is very suitable to Grand Hirafu- about 10 minutes walk.
Convenient ski in & out hotel with a store to rent all your essentials. Some restaurants nearby in Niseko Village but taste not that great. Didn’t get to try the restaurants inside Hilton. Overall a good hotel for family but not as convenient if you would like to enjoy night life in Hirafu as the shuttle bus slots aren’t that frequent and it’s not easy to call a taxi in Niseko.
The rooms and hospitality is what you would expect from Japan.
The extras to mention is that there is ski hire downstairs and a restaurant. There is a shuttle bus which does regular loops around town, you have to transfer to a local shuttle bus to get to the ski slopes.
If I'm lucky enough to come back to Niseko, I wouldn't have issues staying here again.
Amazing Park Hyatt Niseko. It's everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Hospitable and accomodating staff. One of the happiest place and most relaxing ski resort. Plus the convenience of the Hotel bus is so comfortable from airport transfers pick-up and drop-off. Can't wait to be back for sure. Thank you Park Hyatt Niseko Team.
Breakfast was a vast spread of traditional Japanese style and western influences. The amenities and facilities of the hotel were extraordinary (shuttle buses, lockers for snow equipment, onsen etc.
Beautiful, new and well located in Niseko - enjoy it for the next few seasons while it is still the new kid on the block!
Ideal location in central Hirafu. Walking distance to lifts and restaurants. I had a western style room that was very comfortable and warm. Tasty cooked breakfast included a combination of western and Japanese items. Toilet and shower facilities were shared, but immaculately clean and modern. Very friendly staff!
This was the cutest cottage well looked after, clean, lovely wood flooring, a really nice building with full kitchen facilities. This was the best accommodation we stayed in whilst on our two week trip in Japan .. everywhere else was tired and old except the hotel in Sapporo.
Location is good, not in Niseko but only a 9 minute drove from Grand Hirafu.
Big room with a nice bath. Its a good spot if you’re staying for a while. Big fridge, a microwave and kettle.
Private parking spot with each apartment which is nice. Would stay again.
Right outside the Moiwa Ski Resort, although a little further away from the Niseko United resorts but still within decent accessibility. Very clean capsule hotel, quiet, lots of privacy. Washing machine and dryers were always available. Staff were helpful.
Located right smack infront of mount moiwa ski lift so you can walk from the hotel front door to ski lift directly. Plenty of parking and front desk staff was very helpful. There is shuttle bus to annapuri niseko available at limited frequency.
very friendly and helpful staff! great breakfast and a beautiful lodge. every room has its own bathroom. the lodge is located at about 5 min driving from hirafu gondola and miru provided us with many rides to and from the gondale.
Lovely hotel, beautiful amenities & heated pool/onsen onsite , wonderful views, perfectly located for ski in ski out, delicious buffet brekkie, bar with games & fire, friendly and helpful staff! We had a wonderful family holiday!
The location is great. It’s right near the heart of Grand Hirafu area. Close to the lifts, restaurants, and other establishments. The staff are friendly and willing to help.
