BookingButton offers unlimited commission-free bookings for a low monthly fee, based on the size of your property. You can find the exact price for your property in your extranet. We offer a 30-day free trial for BookingButton, including all the features, so you can try it before you pay anything.
No, BookingButton can only show the rates and availability for a single property listing. If you manage several properties, you can sign up each property for BookingButton individually in your extranet.
There are no long-term contracts, so you can end your BookingButton subscription any time with no cancellation fees.
Rates and availability automatically sync from what you already have set in the extranet, so there’s no extra work for you to keep things up to date and less chance of overbookings.
In the Reservations tab of your extranet and Pulse app, you’ll be able to filter to see which bookings were made through and which came through your BookingButton.
BookingButton will only show the rates and availability of rooms you have loaded on BookingButton does not currently have the functionality to book other amenities like restaurants.
Your monthly fee will be a separate invoice marked as BookingSuite in the invoice tab of the extranet. You won’t pay any commission on bookings made through your BookingButton.
BookingButton is synced with your current payment setup in, so nothing changes.
No. WebDirect – the quickest way to launch a stunning, easy-to-use property website – already includes a booking engine. If you currently have a WebDirect website, you can already accept direct bookings.

Existing BookingButton users

We first launched Booking Button in 2008 to help properties attract online bookings via their own personal website. It was initially a commissionable product before being made a free product in 2014 by BookingSuite. While we are committed to continuous learning and innovation – your current Booking Button has not been improved since 2014. Despite properties like yourselves still using the old product, we have had to innovate and create new BookingSuite products to keep up with technology in the market. Therefore, we have decided to focus on maximising our website solution WebDirect and our new booking engine (BookingButton) as well as developing new ones to best meet the needs of our partners.
No, Once you have upgraded your new BookingButton you are unable to downgrade to the old version.
The old BookingButton will redirect to the website.
You can use the old version of BookingButton until November 1st 2019, after which that version will be discontinued.
