the house is not new but newly renovated. it was found very clean and well equipped (facilities, furniture, kitchen, a BIG fridge). everything looked new. the bathroom is large and as well new and clean. there is a convenient - and covered - parking spot in the back that we we were there was free of use. the communication with the host - via WhatsApp - was easy and responses were immediate. the area is not super-turistic (for us is an added value) and quiet. lot of good restaurants at walking distance. the beach is at 5min.

Perfect location close to the beach (1 minute walk). Our host Christos gave very easy instrunctions so we had no trouble checking-in. He also responded our messages in no time and was very friendly. The room was very clean and we even had some water and juice in the fridge. Enough towels were also provided. Everything was perfect.

Location is remote which is a plus only if you rent a car, public transportation is not available or accessible. Breakfast is great, dinner can be better - same food was served day after day, though there’s a big selection. The room was very clean in the beginning, and the clean is very thorough but the cleaning staff skipped over us for 2 days in a row. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, we loved our stay.
